Service Quality Unit

The Service Quality Unit has been formed as an independent body to monitor the quality of the service provided by the University's student related administrative activities. Our Mission is to ensure quality service to all students, staff and other users of the services provided by the University's administrative units.

What We Do

We do this by resolving complaints from students or on behalf of students. We also receive suggestions about service improvements. We receive, investigate where necessary and make recommendations about solving individual cases. We also look at ways to improve services and institute plans for effective changes. We aim to provide an efficient service in handling complaints and suggestions, keeping all parties informed throughout the process and operating to strict timeframes. If we can’t meet a deadline we’ll inform you straight away.

The Service Quality Unit acts as an independent body and focuses on issues relating to:
  • The delivery of administrative services;
  • The provision of support services or facilities
